ABOUT ME
Welcome to my journalism portfolio. Here, you will find a collection of my works focused on journalism during my years at Nixa High School. I am the Website Editor for NixaJournalism.net, meaning I schedule, keep track of, edit, and upload almost all stories on the site. My graduation year is 2027.
Journalism is essential to a functioning democracy; for democracy, one must understand the consequences of their vote. Their vote must be educated, and their vote must be for what they believe is best. Journalism is the key to that educated vote. Unbiased, honest journalism brings truth into the light so each and every vote can be one that will benefit everyone.
